Age Restriction: Sevi is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must not use this App.

You retain ownership of your UGC, but by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your UGC for the purpose of operating and promoting the App.
UGC Content Guidelines and Prohibited Content
Prohibited Content: Users are strictly prohibited from posting, uploading, or sharing any content that:
- Pornographic or Sexually Explicit Content: Any material that contains nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive content, or explicit sexual imagery is strictly forbidden. This includes but is not limited to explicit photographs, videos, illustrations, or text descriptions of sexual acts, genitalia, or sexualized content intended to arouse or titillate.
- Disturbing or Graphic Content: Content that is violent, gory, disturbing, or may cause emotional distress, psychological harm, or trauma to viewers. This includes graphic depictions of violence, self-harm, suicide, mutilation, extreme gore, disturbing imagery, or content that could trigger anxiety, fear, or other negative emotional responses. Content that glorifies or promotes violence, harm to oneself or others, or depicts real or simulated acts of extreme violence is strictly prohibited.
- Gambling-Related Content: Any content promoting, advertising, facilitating, or providing information about gambling activities, betting, games of chance, online casinos, sports betting, poker, lottery, or any form of wagering. This includes links to gambling websites, promotional codes for gambling services, instructions on how to gamble, or content that encourages gambling behavior.
- Drug-Related Content: Content that promotes, glorifies, provides information about, or facilitates the use, sale, purchase, or distribution of illegal drugs, controlled substances, prescription medications used recreationally, or drug-related paraphernalia. This includes but is not limited to content depicting drug use, drug manufacturing, drug sales, information about obtaining illegal substances, or content that encourages or normalizes drug abuse.
- Political Content: Content that promotes political campaigns, political parties, political candidates, political ideologies, political movements, or engages in political debates, discussions, or advocacy. This includes content that endorses or opposes specific political figures, parties, or policies, content that promotes political rallies or events, or content that attempts to influence political opinions or voting behavior.
- Discriminatory Content: Content that discriminates against, harasses, bullies, or promotes hatred, prejudice, or animosity toward individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, nationality, immigration status, socioeconomic status, or any other protected characteristic. This includes slurs, hate speech, discriminatory jokes, stereotypes, or content that dehumanizes or marginalizes any group of people.
- Hate Speech: Content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination against individuals or groups. This includes content that promotes genocide, ethnic cleansing, or violence based on protected characteristics, content that uses derogatory language or slurs, or content that calls for harm against specific individuals or groups.
- Illegal Activities: Content that promotes, facilitates, depicts, or provides instructions for illegal activities, including but not limited to theft, fraud, hacking, copyright infringement, human trafficking, or any other criminal activity.
We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these guidelines. Our moderation team uses both automated systems and human review to identify and remove prohibited content. Users who violate these guidelines may receive warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from the platform, depending on the severity and frequency of violations. We may also report illegal content to appropriate law enforcement authorities and cooperate with legal investigations when necessary.
If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately through our in-app reporting feature or by contacting our support team. We take all reports seriously and will investigate them promptly.
2.3 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

2.4 In-App Purchases

All payment processing is handled by Apple, and we do not store your credit card information. - Camera: To allow you to take photos and videos within the App for sharing and creating content. This permission enables you to capture moments, create visual content, and share your experiences directly through the App.
- Photo Library: To allow you to select and upload existing photos and videos from your device to share in the App. This permission enables you to access your saved media and incorporate it into your App content.
- Microphone: To enable audio recording features, voice messages, and video recording with audio. This permission allows you to record audio content, create voice messages, and include audio in your video recordings.
- Network Access: To connect to our servers, sync your data, and provide real-time features and updates. This permission enables the App to communicate with our servers, download content, upload your data, and provide you with the latest features and information.
You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though this may limit certain App functionality. We only request permissions when they are necessary for specific features, and you can choose to grant or deny each permission individually.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features
- Process and complete transactions, including in-app purchases
